Sports-Injury Care

Evaluation, treatment options, rehabilitation, and gradual return-to-activity planning for athletes and active adults.

From injury to activity

Return with capacity—not just less pain.

Sports recovery should consider motion, strength, balance, endurance, confidence, and the specific demands of your activity.

  • Strains and sprains
  • Overuse and repetitive-load complaints
  • Joint and muscle discomfort
  • Reduced mobility or performance
  • Return-to-training progression
Individualized care

Different sports require different plans.

R

Runners & cyclists

Load tolerance, hips, knees, ankles, back, and gradual mileage or intensity changes.

G

Golf, tennis & pickleball

Rotation, shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, and sport-specific control.

T

Team & strength sports

Acceleration, jumping, contact, lifting, and return-to-practice demands.

Concussion safety

Head injuries need special attention.

An athlete with possible concussion should stop play and be evaluated. Worsening headache, repeated vomiting, seizure, increasing confusion, weakness, slurred speech, unequal pupils, or inability to wake are emergency warning signs.

Bring your sport details

Tell us your position, training volume, upcoming events, prior injuries, and which movements trigger symptoms. The plan should prepare you for your actual activity.
