• Prompt scheduling. Referred clients are offered the earliest practical appointment when availability allows. Clear intake guidance helps each client arrive prepared with accident, claim, and representation information.
• Complete evaluation and documentation. History, examination findings, functional limitations, treatment provided, and response to care are documented throughout the recovery process. Organized records support continuity of care and authorized case review.
• Records and narrative reports. Records are prepared and released when properly requested and authorized. Narrative reports may be provided when clinically appropriate to summarize findings, care, progress, and functional status without making legal conclusions.
• Authorized communication. With the patient’s permission, the clinic can communicate with the attorney’s office regarding scheduling, attendance, records, and clinically relevant updates. Communication remains professional, timely, and limited to appropriate healthcare information.
• Integrated conservative care. Available services may include chiropractic care, acupuncture, physiotherapy, soft-tissue therapy, cupping, and rehabilitation. Each treatment plan is individualized and adjusted according to examination findings and the patient’s progress.
• Specialist consultation and imaging referrals. When examination findings indicate that additional evaluation may be appropriate, the clinic can recommend referral to a qualified medical specialist or diagnostic imaging provider. Coordination may occur with the patient and, when authorized, under the attorney’s lead for overall case logistics, while medical necessity and the type of referral remain independent clinical decisions.
